The community pool is a wonderful amenity for residents to enjoy and beat the summer heat. However, it also comes with responsibilities and potential liabilities—especially when children, guests, and pets are involved. For everyone’s safety and security, strict access and usage rules are in place.

The pool is designated for the exclusive use of property owners, tenants, and their registered guests. Access is granted through a Master Key (Medeco), issued by the Master Association and available to homeowners through the Property Management Office. This key is created using a secure key card system and cannot be duplicated by standard locksmiths. Due to the specialized equipment required to cut these keys, processing may take longer than typical key duplication—offering an added layer of security against unauthorized access.

To request pool access, please email screenings@caribbeanproperty.cc with the following:

1. Your property address;
2. A copy of your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

Only tenants with a current, Association-approved lease on file will be granted access. Once your request is processed and approved, you will receive a notification when your key is ready for pickup. A $25 fee applies and must be paid by money order only (no personal checks or cash), made payable to Alhambra at Coral Lakes HOA (there will be no exceptions).

Keys must be collected in person at Caribbean Property Management located at 12301 SW 132 Court, Miami, FL 33186.
